Legal advice nixed outside review of Smith's work
The Toronto Star reported today that, under questioning from SGM’s Louis Sokolov, Deputy Chief Coroner Dr. Jim Cairns acknowledged that, with few exceptions, Dr. Charles Smith’s work was never reviewed by other pathologists and he was not adequately supervised. Louis is representing the Association in Defence of the Wrongly Convicted in the public inquiry into the work of former Toronto pathologist Dr. Charles Smith
